For Spacious Travel
The popularity in Welfare vans has grown increasingly in the transport industry, offering a spacious and relaxing atmosphere for people who work on site or travel far for work.
If you need a van to not only carry employees to jobs, but also cater for them with facilities whilst there, the Crew/Welfare conversion is perfect for you.
High quality facilities
The Crew/Welfare minibus offers facilities with the comfort and safety of passengers paramount. These vehicles are perfect for people travelling long distances, or going to an area with little or no facilities around, so they can become mobile staffrooms for certain industries.
Commonly, these type of vans are installed with seating areas and also a handwash or toilet area. Some are also fitted with kitchen appliances and hot water. So if your passengers or work force are located some distance from cooking or toilet facilities, these facilities are ideal.
Heating comes as standard as part of the regular heating systems installed in transit vans.
Our wheelchair accessible mini-buses come as standard with:
- 3.0 litre engine
- ABS Braking system
- Head restraints
- Foot operated slide out step below the side door
- Rear wheel drive for secure handling in all conditions
- Driver's night blind to prevent glare from the saloon lights when travelling at night
- Reversing beeper
- Internal/cassette passenger lift
- Soft trim on side panels
- Installation of carpet or non-slip vinyl flooring
Amberon Reap the Benefits of Drop & Go
We are able to utilise a Drop & Go vehicle instead of a 7.5 tonne traffic management vehicle
Grounds Maintenance Transport Vehicle
We kept two panel vans in service, and we managed to extend their life. Two are used for verge cutting operations to carry hedge cutters and strimmers on the back. So we now have five vehicles on the fleet. But next year we may even consider another Plant and Go truck

Passenger Carrier Vehicle
We currently operate 28 Liberty minibuses in a variety of applications. The vehicle has proved extremely popular with both drivers and passengers and since taking delivery of the first vehicle some 3 years ago we have seen a significant reduction in maintenance and off road costs.

Car Transporter Vehicle
When looking to replace my existing vehicle, which was also supplied by KFS, I didn’t want a recovery vehicle and spoke to KFS who recommended the Ultra; I needed a vehicle that offered me maximum payload within a 3.5 ton package, which is what the Ultra does.
