We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated, salesperson to join our existing sales team. You will need to be proactive and organised with a strong sales background. Experience within the commercial vehicle sector is required and experience of selling commercial vehicle bodywork would be a real benefit. 



The role will be hybrid/homebased with the successful candidate operating nationally. You will need to be a confident self-starter with the ability to prospect and develop ”new” customer relationships whilst account managing existing clients. We expect all our Product Specialists to become renowned in their sector and develop a reputation for product knowledge and professionalism.

The business supports all its product specialists with strong marketing activity including targeted email campaigns, exhibitions, and constant product development. You will be expected to contribute to these activities and maintain a CRM system to assist with both sales and marketing processes, with a dedicated minibus website in www.minibus.co.uk

The company will provide a car allowance (Inc in the salary), mileage rate for business mileage, laptop computer, mobile phone, and hotel charge cards.

Standard working hours are:
Monday to Thursday: 08.30 to 17.00 (30 min Lunch).

Friday: 08.30 to 15.00 (30 min Lunch).

However, the successful candidate will be expected to work outside of these hours as and when the business requires to meet targets and expectations.

The position offers a fantastic basic salary plus a quarterly sales incentive bonus based on performance. Realistic OTE of circa £55k PA.29 annual paid holidays including Statutory Holidays.
