<p>Ian Knight and the AKFS team have had a connection with Mark Blundell and MB Partners since 2019, around the time Blundell was competing in the BTCC series with the Trade Price Cars racing team. In the midst of this period, Ian was on the lookout for a Brand Ambassador for <a href="<https://www.advanced-kfs.co.uk/racetruck/>" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Racetruck</a>, a division within the AKFS business structure at the time. Through a professional association, Jake Hill, who was then a teammate of Mark Blundell, was suggested for the role.</p>

<p>After meeting Jake and his father Simon at the Silverstone Classic in 2019, it became clear to us that Jake was the perfect fit for the role. Consequently, he joined us as the Racetruck Brand Ambassador that same year. By the time Jake was integrated into our team, we were already midway through the 2019 BTCC season.</p>

<p>Jake and Simon have been instrumental in the success of Racetruck, AKFS, and more recently, our adventure camper van brand, <a href="<https://www.addventure-leisure.com/>" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">AddVenture Leisure</a>. Jake's influence on social media has significantly boosted the digital presence of both Racetruck and AddVenture. Meanwhile, Simon Hill leveraged his connection with Gary Ayles of Bespoke Handling to facilitate the creation of the first <a href="<https://www.advanced-kfs.co.uk/vehicle/enclosed-vehicle-transporter/>" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Enclosed Car Transporter</a> under the new phase of AKFS, branded Racetruck Enclosed Car Transporter. This pivotal project set the foundation for the Enclosed Car Transporter line, shaping it into the success it is today.</p>

<p>Between 2019 and 2022, our support for Jake was on a private sponsorship basis, without the designation of being a team sponsor. In 2023, this dynamic shifted to a team sponsorship, marking the start of our evolving relationship with MBP. Moving into 2024, we've maintained our team sponsorship through MBP and have further solidified our involvement by joining the MBP Official Partner Programme.</p>
