<p>Amber Valley Borough Council has recently embraced a new era of efficiency with the acquisition of two cutting-edge <a href="<https://www.advanced-kfs.co.uk/vehicle/plant-and-go/>">Plant &amp; Go® vehicle</a>, facilitated through Ford &amp; Slater in Leicester. Based on the Fiat Ducato 2.3 litre 130ps Euro 5 cab, these vehicles represent a strategic shift for the council towards a more streamlined and cost-effective approach to transportation.</p>

The council faced challenges in recruiting personnel with the required trailer license category on their driving license. Additionally, the cost and time associated with putting employees through the necessary tests made towing an impractical solution.</p>
